National Blues Museum

The wall murals on the future home of the National Blues Museum have come alive, thanks to the graphic and creative work of Maryville University students and St. Louis artist Phil Jarvis. The National Blues Museum presents two scholarships to the Pinetop Perkins Foundation, accompanies the Delta Music Experience, and shares Museum awareness at the amazing Juke Joint Fest!

The National Blues Museum recently sent 10 St. Louis kids to the White House, as First Lady Michelle Obama welcomed 120 musicstudents from all over the country to the White House before a blues workshop with Keb Mo, Shemekia Copeland, and Troy Andrews. This event was part of “In Performance at the White House: Red, White and Blues".
